The Lemonade Stand Story

2020

Andrew graduated high school in the midst of COVID-19, packed up that lemonade-stand mindset, and moved to the Okanagan, where he noticed incredible local fruit everywhere but almost no drinks actually using it properly. So he did what any former lemonade stand legend would do: he started experimenting in his parents' kitchen, eventually building a tiny 200 sq ft canning setup and crafting real fruit sodas the same way he made lemonade as a kid: real fruit juice, water, and cane sugar.

The little operation became Peak Beverage Co., earned Andrew a spot on BC Business' Top 30 Under 30, and even landed a moment on The Price Is Right Tonight with Howie Mandel.

2007

5-year-old Andrew Warburton was out on a quiet rural road near Prince George, BC, loading up his little blue wagon and running a lemonade stand like it was the hottest operation in town. The hustle never really stopped. By Grade 4, he was running lemonade stand fundraisers at his elementary school

Peak went back to Andrew’s roots and became Peak Real Fruit Lemonades — no concentrates, no preservatives, no weird "natural flavours," just the same simple, honest recipe as those sidewalk stands, with slightly better branding.
